The W on Broadway is proud to offer 8 rental options, 4 short-term and 4 long-term. Rental options include both one and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include washer and dryers, expansive combined kitchen and living areas, quartz countertops, Internet and cable, and high-end appliances and finishings. Each apartment either overlooks the downtown Broadway or the Ohio River.
In the short-term rentals, the apartments come fully furnished.
In the long-term rentals, most of the apartments come unfurnished.

The W on Broadway is located at 219 Broadway Street in downtown Paducah, Kentucky. Downtown Paducah is the hot spot of the city, with trendy restaurants, bars, shopping, and tourist attractions. Many of the original buildings are being refurbished and events are happening all the time (you can check our events page for updates on what is happening each month). The W is within walking distance of the Ohio River, the National Quilt Museum, the Market House Museum, the downtown shops and restaurants, the artists’ guild, and more. In fact, many of downtown’s best views can be witnessed from the apartments’ windows.
